IDEDOS20091029 (patch 42)

I've backported some fixes for 0.90, because 0.91 takes a bit more
time to finish.

IDEDOS 0.90 patch 42 changelog:

• Load enables interrupts when finished (for compatibility)
  
• Directory can be loaded below kernal (compatibity)
  
• SCPU manager junk directory bugfix<
  
• Panel change directory bugfix with partitions lists
  
• 33, syntax error allows rename now in manager
  
• Failed directory load does not corrupt memory in manager
  
• Monitor exit is more stable now
