IDEDOS 20080201 (0.90 patch 38)

Another bugfix release with this changes:

• Monitor raster line 0 interrupt was not detected
  
• Fixed error message sector number part (broke in 20070919)
  
• Added the G-D command
  

Due to size optimizations now it was possible to use the better allocation algorithm used in the C64 version for the SuperCPU too.
